Returns & Refunds Policy

At Back2the80s, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.


🛍️ Returns

Because all items are printed on-demand specifically for each customer, I can only accept returns in the following situations:

Damaged, faulty or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact me within 30 days of receiving it with:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- A photo of the defect

I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Items lost in transit

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, I’ll investigate with the print provider. If confirmed lost, I’ll send a replacement free of charge.


🚫 Non-returnable items

Because everything is made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

- Wrong size ordered

- Change of mind

- Buyer’s remorse

Please double-check the size guide on each product page before ordering.


💸 Refunds

If a refund is approved for a damaged, faulty or lost item, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

You'll receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.


📦 Replacements

Where possible, replacements will be sent instead of refunds for qualifying issues. This helps ensure you still get the product you wanted with as little delay as possible.
